Turkish-medium programmes require a Turkish Proficiency Certificate at B1 level; English-medium programmes require one of the listed language-exam scores to be exempted from the preparatory programme. The page states that, under Council of Higher Education (YÖK) regulations, associate and bachelor applications and registrations are accepted only for the Fall semester.
